We ship across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked or premium courier services.
Cherry Vintage is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to our studio, the guest will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We ship our vintage treasures worldwide. International delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Duties & Taxes: For our international guests, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country’s borders. Cherry Vintage is not responsible for these charges. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, the guest is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees incurred.
To ensure your items arrive safely, signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
Once your package leaves our hands and enters the postal network, it is in the care of the courier. Cherry Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure your items are protected, but any transit issues must be resolved with your local postal branch or courier service.
All sales are final. Because we deal exclusively in one-of-a-kind vintage items, we do not offer cash refunds. We want you to be thrilled with your find, so please read descriptions and view all gallery photos carefully before purchasing.
